1. Shipping Destinations
Drawn from Cocoon® currently ships within South Africa and selected international destinations.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.
Order processing and dispatch take place Monday to Friday only and exclude weekends and South African public holidays.
3. South African Shipping & Delivery
Drawn from Cocoon® offers free shipping and delivery within South Africa.
Once dispatched, delivery generally takes approximately 2–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service.
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays.
Deliveries to rural, outlying, or remote areas may require additional delivery time.
4. International Shipping & Delivery
International shipping is available to selected destinations.
International shipping costs are not included in the product purchase price and will be calculated separately once an order has been received.
